万网M3主机无法使用Internal Server Error

这个问题是使用万网主机控制面板里面的，文件解压，以后出现的问题。直接使用FTP 上传是可以正常使用的。
我想可能是 那个解压以后，文件用户所属权限。和 FTP 上传上去的不一样。
chown -R 文件夹名，好像是这个。
